1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund across all regions.
Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but your order may still be eligible for return (see Section 3).
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Personalised or custom-made gear (e.g., bats or kits engraved with names or team logos).
Used, worn, or damaged items.
Items with original packaging removed or tampered.
Protective equipment (e.g., gloves, pads, helmets) that have been worn or tried on.
3. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging.
Return requests must be made within:
India: 7 days of delivery.
UK/EU: 14 days of delivery (under Consumer Rights Directive).
North America (Canada/US): 14 days of delivery.
Rest of the World: 10 days of delivery.
The return must be approved by Hashmate before shipping
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be arranged at your own cost.
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
4. Return Process

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is incorrect or defective.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly:
India: Within 48 hours of delivery.
UK/EU: Within 7 days.
North America: Within 3 business days.
Rest of World: Within 5 business days.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund if our error is confirmed.
